Just like any high street store we need goods back in our in our possession before we can give you a replacement.

However this is not always suitable for customers who do not wish to be without the product that they have ordered.

Unfortunately due to previous customers failing to send back returns we have to ask for a return of goods bond before we can ship goods to you.

Once this payment has been received a replacement unit will be sent to you.

Then after the unit for return arrives back here you will be refunded for the full amount of the return of goods bond plus the cost of sending the faulty unit back to us.

The cost of the bond is £70.00. If the shopping cart automatically adds a delivery charge don't worry this will also be fully refunded to you.
