Delivery policy and arrangements.

  • Important: You must be in a position to except delivery of the goods you have ordered. After a second delivery attempt has been unsuccessfully the goods will be held for 3 days before being returned to us. You will be emailed by UPS after every unsuccessfully delivery attempt. It is the customers responsibility to contact UPS if there is any problems with getting your order to the delivery address or person. A standard charge of £25.00 will be made against any customer who has failed to take delivery of an order that has been returned to us. This £25.00 charge is to help cover our expense of processing your order, packaging the order sending it out and then the order coming back to us to be restocked or re-delivered. This charge £25.00 is for ALL UK orders no matter what the sales value was.

  • It is the responsibly of the customer to make sure they have given the correct delivery address. This cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

  • Retail Websites Limited offers free delivery within the UK mainland on orders over the value of £50.00. A standard £6 delivery charge is applied to any other orders place within the UK.

  • We also deliver to the following EU countries  

  • Ireland - £30 Delivery charge added at checkout.

  • Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain & Sweden. - £50 Delivery added at checkout.

  • Cyprus, Malta - £80 Delivery charge added at checkout.

  • Cancellation & Returns
    You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 7 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by contacting us first. If you are cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time of cancellation. On cancellation, you must return the goods to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty.

  • All goods must be returned in there original packing and undamaged. Retail Websites Limited reserve the right to charge a standard 15% handling charge on goods returned because they where ordered wrongly, no longer needed, sale/buying of house fell through or deemed unsuitable after sale and delivery. Please remember after your order is processed we are charged 4% of the transaction amount by the bank, your order has to be prepared and delivered too all costing time and money.

  • Any missing parts of your order must be reported along with in invoice number within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

  • All returns from outside the UK are to be returned to us via recorded delivery at the buyers expense. Only after this will a replacement or refund be issued.

  • How long does it take?
     
    Retail Websites Limited offers an excellent free next day delivery service within the UK mainland on all orders over the value of £50.00. Orders must be placed before 3.00 pm if you require delivery of your order the next business day (Monday - Friday) before 5.30pm. This excludes bank holidays and is assuming that the item is in stock. This next day delivery service is not guaranteed but every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this goal.

    Orders taken on Friday (after 3.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 4.00 pm will normally be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).

  • Please allow up to four working days for deliveries to the EU countries as listed.

  • Who do we use?

    Orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent by UPS couriers. You must arrange for someone at your address to be in to sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered (e.g. no-one at home), you will be notified by UPS by email when a unsuccessfully delivery attempt has been made. UPS will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you will be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 3 days. If your parcel is not collected within 3 days it will be returned to us. You will be refunded your order value minus the recall and restocking charge as described in bold above.

  • Insurance and Liability

We "Retail websites limited" supply alarms to aid as a safety measure deterrent and warn of any fire, gas leak, break in, robbery or physical attack to people or a property. It is your responsibility to make sure you have adequate property and personal insurance against any fire, gas leak, break in, robbery or physical attack. Our websites and trading company Retail website limited are not responsible or liable for the failure or inappropriate use of any alarm system in the event of any fire, gas leak, break in, robbery or physical attack. This includes all material, property, physical, physiological and mental damage
