Retail Websites Limited offers an excellent free next day
delivery service within the UK mainland on all orders over the
value of £150.00. Orders must be placed before 3.00 pm if you
require delivery of your order the next business day (Monday -
Friday) before 5.30pm. This excludes bank holidays and is
assuming that the item is in stock. This next day delivery
service is not guaranteed but every effort is made by ourselves
& the couriers to achieve this goal.
Orders taken on Friday (after 3.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will
normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for
delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 3.00 pm will
normally be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday
(excluding Bank Holidays).

Important: Please
ensure you are in a position to except delivery of the goods you have
ordered. We offer a full order tracking service
through UPS. It is the customers responsibility to contact UPS if
there is any problems with getting your order to the delivery
address or person. A standard charge of £25.00 will be made
against any customer who has failed to take delivery of an order
that has been returned to us. This £25.00 charge is to help
cover our expense of processing your order, packaging the order
sending it out and then the order coming back to us to be
restocked or re-delivered. This charge £25.00 is for ALL UK
orders no matter what the sales value was and is set in place to
cover delivery and collection and return of goods.

It is the
responsibly of the customer to make sure they have given the
correct delivery address. This cannot be changed once the order
has been dispatched.

Limited offers free delivery within the UK mainland on orders
over the value of £150.00. A standard £6 delivery charge is
applied to any other orders place within the UK.

Delivery to EU
countries.

individual EU countries are displayed in the shopping cart once
you have selected your county.

Important: You
must be in a position to except delivery of the goods you have
ordered. After a second delivery attempt has been unsuccessfully
the goods will be held for 3 days before being returned to us.
You will be emailed by UPS after every unsuccessfully delivery
attempt. It is the customers responsibility to contact UPS if

address or person. A standard charge of £50.00 will be made
against any customer who has failed to take delivery of an order
that has been returned to us. This £50.00 charge is to help
cover our expense of processing your order, packaging the order
sending it out and then the order coming back to us to be
restocked or re-delivered. This charge £50.00 is for ALL EU
orders no matter what the sales value was.
Cancellations under distance selling regulations

You may cancel your order by
giving us notice in writing or by email within 7
working days from one day after the date of delivery.

On cancellation you must return the goods to us
at your own cost.

Please ensure were
possible all goods must
are returned in there original packing and undamaged.

We advise all returns from
outside the UK are to be returned to us via recorded delivery at
the buyers expense.

Please return goods
before seeking a refund or replacement parts.

Refunds will be
issued within 30 days of cancelation.
Wrongly delivered
or faulty items.

Any missing parts
of your order must be reported along with in invoice number
within a reasonable time.

wrongly delivered item. We will refund all reasonable standard
and fair delivery costs incurred by customers.
Returns

If you are
cancelling because of any problem with the goods, please notify
us of the problem at the time of cancellation.

After inspection and
tests are complete orders will be refunded or replace goods within
a reasonable time period.
