Quicksafe Security Limited endeavor to bring you an online security store that is easy to contact by telephone email and by post (See contact us page).

Delivery policy and arrangements. Orders must be placed before 3.00 pm if you require delivery of your order the next business day (Monday - Friday) before 5.30pm. This excludes bank holidays and is assuming that the item is in stock. This next day delivery service is not guaranteed but every effort is made by ourselves & the couriers to achieve this goal. Orders taken on Friday (after 3.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday. Orders taken on Friday before 3.00 pm will normally be dispatched on Friday for delivery on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays)

It is the customers responsibility to contact DPD if there is any problems with getting your order to the delivery address or person. A standard charge of £25.00 will be made against any customer who has failed to take delivery of an order that has been returned to us. This £25.00 charge is to help cover our expense of processing your order, packaging the order sending it out and then the order coming back to us to be restocked or re-delivered. This charge £25.00 is for ALL UK orders no matter what the sales value was and is set in place to cover delivery and collection and return of goods. It is the responsibly of the customer to make sure they have given the correct delivery address. This cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched. Delivery to EU countries. Delivery costs to individual EU countries are displayed in the shopping cart once you have selected your county. Important: You must be in a position to except delivery of the goods you have ordered. After asecond delivery attempt has been unsuccessfully the goods will be held for 3 days before being returned to us. You will be contacted by DPD after every unsuccessfully delivery attempt. A standard charge of £50.00 will be made against any customer who has failed to take delivery of an order that has been returned to us. This £50.00 charge is to help cover our expense of processing your order, packaging the order sending it out and then the order coming back to us to be restocked or re-delivered. This charge £50.00 is for ALL EU orders no matter what the sales value was.

Returns

14 Day Right to return /Cooling off period: The cooling off period for an order is 14 days during which you have the right to cancel your order. If you're not happy with your product or simply change your mind you can return it within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund.  

We’re happy for you to unpack your order and inspect it properly as you would had you bought the item from a shop. However, if you have used it beyond this, this will have a knock on effect on our ability to sell it to someone else and so where the value of the product has been reduced by your use we will only make a partial refund equal to the reduced value of the order.  We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the purchase price should the goods be incomplete or in a used condition.

All returns must be sent back fully complete and in the original packaging for re-sale as brand new units as all customers expect.

 It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are adequately packaged in order to avoid damage in transit and proper transit. We can only start the refund process once goods are successfully returned in an un-damaged condition.

Any return should be sent back by the customer using a signed for and insured delivery service. Please quote your invoice number and date of purchase or include a print out of your invoice.

Returns after 14 Days.

 We cannot refund orders over 14 days old. If an item proves to be faulty a replacement will be offered or a credit note issued.
