These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) apply to the use of this website and to all orders placed through this website or by distance selling with:

References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Quicksafe Security Limited.
References to “you”, “your” or “Customer” mean any person accessing the site or purchasing Goods from us.
By accessing this website, using our services or placing an Order you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of any updated Terms.
1. Online Store Terms
1.1 This website is operated by Quicksafe Security. These Terms govern your access to and use of our site, tools, Services and any purchase you make.
1.2 You must not use our products or Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
1.3 We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
1.4 You agree not to reproduce or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.
2. Contract Formation and Orders
2.1 Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase Goods subject to these Terms.
2.2 A Contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance in writing or dispatch your Goods.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any Order before acceptance.
3. Accuracy of Information
3.1 We are not responsible if product information on this site is not accurate, complete or current.
3.2 Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
3.3 We may limit sales of Goods to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
4. Products, Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices are in GBP.
4.2 Delivery, VAT / Taxes or additional charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
4.3 Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
4.4 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
5. SIM CARDS, NETWORK SERVICES & ACTIVATION – IMPORTANT TERMS
5.1 SIM cards and related connectivity services may be activated, provisioned, configured or assigned a network number before or immediately upon order processing.
5.2 Once activation or provisioning begins, statutory cancellation rights do not apply. Contract charges from the mobile network provider are non refundable.
5.3 Network performance, coverage, roaming and availability depend on third-party operators and are not guaranteed.
5.4 SIM services may be suspended for regulatory compliance, misuse or non-payment.
6. Delivery
6.1 Delivery times are estimates only.
6.2 Risk in Goods passes to you on delivery.
6.3 Title to Goods passes once full cleared payment is received.
6.4 You must inspect Goods on receipt and notify us of damage or shortages within 48 hours.
7. Consumer Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
This section applies only to Consumers under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
7.1 You may cancel your Order within 14 days after receiving the Goods.
7.2 You must notify us in writing and return Goods within 14 days. Return costs are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
7.3 Goods may be handled only as necessary to inspect them.
Deductions from Refunds
7.4 If returned Goods show evidence of handling beyond reasonable inspection, we may deduct an amount to reflect reduced value, up to a maximum of 30% of the purchase price where value loss is substantial.
7.5 Where Goods are unused and resaleable but require inspection, testing, repackaging or administration, a reasonable handling deduction may apply, capped at 25%.
7.6 No deduction will exceed the value of the Goods.
Exclusions from Cancellation
7.7 Cancellation rights do not apply to:

Goods made to order or personalised;

Goods configured, activated or programmed (including SIMs);

Sealed Goods unsealed for hygiene/safety reasons;

Digital content once activated or downloaded.
8. Faulty Goods – Consumers
Consumers retain statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for Goods that are defective, not as described or not fit for purpose.
9. Business Customers – Returns and Restocking
9.1 Business Customers have no automatic cancellation right once an Order is accepted.
9.2 Returns require our prior written authorisation.
9.3 Approved returns are subject to a minimum restocking charge of 25% of the invoice value.
9.4 Where returned Goods show use, activation, installation, missing parts or damage, a restocking charge of up to 30% applies.
9.5 All returns must be sent at the Business Customer’s cost using a tracked and insured delivery service.
9.6 Risk remains with the Business Customer until Goods are received and signed for.
9.7 Configured, activated or bespoke Goods (including SIMs) are non-returnable.
10. Warranty
10.1 All Goods carry a standard 12-month warranty from the date of delivery unless stated otherwise.
10.2 The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
10.3 During the warranty period, we may repair, replace or refund defective Goods at our discretion.
10.4 The warranty does not cover fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, incorrect installation, third-party failures, unauthorised modification, or network/service issues.
10.5 This warranty is in addition to statutory Consumer rights.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit or business interruption.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
12. Billing and Account Information
12.1 You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.
12.2 We may refuse or cancel Orders if information appears fraudulent or incomplete.
13. Third-Party Tools and Links
13.1 The site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not warrant or take responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.
14. User Comments and Feedback
14.1 Any comments or materials you send to us may be used, published or distributed by us without restriction.
15. Errors and Omissions
15.1 We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, pricing or availability and to cancel Orders if necessary.
16. Prohibited Uses
16.1 You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, transmit malware, or collect personal data.
17. Severability
17.1 If any provision is unenforceable, it will be severed and the remainder will remain in force.
18. Changes to Terms
18.1 We may update or replace these Terms by posting changes to the site.
18.2 Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
